Sweet Basics does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, opened items, used items, or incorrect product selections made at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by filling out the contact form with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
